Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will provide support by phone, email, and chat, manage orders, payments, deliveries, and CRM records, and deliver professional, customer-focused service. A comprehensive onboarding, structured training, and relocation support including 4 weeks hotel

Qualifications

• Norwegian language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
