Job summary

Easyfairs Finland is seeking a Marketing & Event Coordinator on a temporary basis, joining the FFCR Finland event team. You will support planning and execution of FFCR Helsinki, a leading B2B expo for HoReCa, covering marketing, event coordination and customer communications.

The role is hands-on, with independence and responsibility, and offers remote work with onsite presence in Helsinki. You’ll join an international team across the Nordic region and gain significant hands-on experience

Qualifications

Background in marketing, communications, events, business or a similar field.
Experience with Canva and social media tools.
Able to work independently and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

Create social media content, banners and other marketing materials.
Write and adapt simple marketing copy for social media, newsletters and event communications.
Create visual materials in Canva and follow brand guidelines.
Support the event team with day-to-day tasks and vendor contacts.
Contact exhibitors by phone and email as needed.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Coordinate with speakers and manage programme-related communication.
Coordinate practical event-related tasks and keep things moving.
Assist with preparations before the event and during the event.
Be part of the onsite team at FFCR Helsinki.
