Job summary

Sandvik Indirect Procurement Finland is seeking a proactive Junior Sourcing Specialist to join the Tampere team on a full-time fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early career in procurement, supply chain or customer service is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken communication in Finnish and English.
• Interest in procurement and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and purchase-to-pay tasks.
• Validate and maintain supplier master data across procurement systems.
• Assist in supplier contracting, archiving and signature workflows.
• Plan and execute procurement trainings and updates.
• Cover for short parental leave for specific sourcing activities in Travel, Promotion and Communication category.
• Assist in other procurement-related tasks and projects as needed.
