Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents for remote roles supporting international projects. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns, and maintain CRM records.

The position offers €1,300 gross per month paid over 14 months, with up to 20% performance bonus. Comprehensive relocation support and structured training are provided.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
