Job summary

NestAI, a European AI lab for defence, seeks a Release & Quality Lead to own the release and validation strategy for parts of NestOS and related deliverables. You will embed quality into development, writing validation practices for agentic, non-deterministic systems and ensure fast, reliable delivery.

You will collaborate across agents, backend, and infrastructure to build robust CI/CD pipelines, monitor risk, and scale validation as NestAI grows, while aligning with embedded/edge and fullstack

Qualifications

• Engineering background with hands-on production code literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own Release Engineering: build and mature CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
• Define validation for AI-agent era: develop testing/evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to build quality from the start, not after release.
• Understand platform depth across agents, backend and infra to identify release risks.
