Job summary

The Ohio State University University Hospital | Radiology seeks a Registered Radiologist Assistant to support radiologists in diagnostic imaging. The role emphasizes patient assessment, management, and performing selected imaging procedures under supervision.

The RRA will serve as an extension of the Radiologic Technology team, handling core and non-core privileges within the hospital system, with a focus on patient care and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ARRT-recognized Radiologist Assistant program.
• ARRT certification and full unrestricted license to practice as a radiologist assistant in Ohio.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected imaging procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Provide patient assessment and management before, during, and after imaging.
• Act as an extension of Radiologic Technology with standard duties as needed.
