Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of power conversion solutions in the utility-scale energy sector in the Solna/Stockholm region. You will build relationships with utility companies, IPPs, developers, and EPCs, travel regionally, and collaborate across functions to achieve ambitious targets.

You will present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and forecast market trends while ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy policies.

Qualifications

• Requires 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in power conversion or renewable energy.
• Deep understanding of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for power conversion solutions in the utility-scale sector.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Travel extensively within the region to foster growth and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, project management, and legal teams for seamless execution.
