Bluefors is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead complex product development and productization projects within its cryogenic cooling systems portfolio. You will act as a technical project leader in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating engineering, systems, product development, and productization teams from concept through product readiness.

Qualificações

• A degree in Engineering, Physics, or another relevant technical field.
• A few years of experience in project management, project engineering, product development, or a similar technical environment.
• Understanding of complex technical systems and product development processes.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead R&D and productization projects from planning through design completion and product readiness.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate and drive execution across multidisciplinary development teams.
• Act as the system-level owner, ensuring alignment between different subsystems and stakeholders.
• Manage technical requirements, interfaces, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support decision-making by balancing technical considerations, project timelines, and business priorities.
• Drive projects towards scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
