Job summary

• Act as the system-level owner, ensuring alignment between different subsystems and stakeholders.
• Manage technical requirements, interfaces, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support decision-making by balancing technical considerations, project timelines, and business priorities.
• Drive projects towards scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.

We are looking for an R&D Project Manager to join Bluefors and lead complex product development and productization projects within the companys cooling systems portfolio. In this role, you will have an opportunity to drive the development of innovative technologies that enable some of the worlds most advanced scientific and quantum computing applications.

This is much more than a traditional project management role. You will act as a technical project leader in a multidisciplinary environment, working closely with engineering, systems, product development, and productization teams to ensure successful project execution from concept through product readiness.

We are looking for a person with strong technical curiosity, the ability to understand complex systems, and a passion for bringing new products from development to market. Previous experience in cryogenics is considered an advantage, but candidates from other complex engineering environments are also encouraged to apply.

Your key responsibilities

• Familiarity with cryogenic technologies or other advanced scientific equipment
