Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join PwC Finland’s Learning & Education (L&E) team, which is part of our Internal Firm Services (IFS) function. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the quality, continuous development, and effectiveness of PwC Finland’s learning operations as part of our expert Human Capital team.

What kind of role is it?

In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the quality of PwC Finland’s Learning & Education function. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality management practices, driving the continuous development of learning-related processes, and ensuring compliance with PwC Network Standard requirements.

You will also contribute to the broader quality work of the Human Capital team by coordinating the implementation and monitoring of quality requirements in practice. Working closely with process owners and stakeholders across the organization, you will help ensure that our operations meet both internal standards and external expectations.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain Learning & Education (L&E) processes, operating models, and documentation in line with PwC's global requirements and standards.
  • Monitor changes in the compliance environment, including SoQM and PwC Network standards, and translate requirements into practical actions and process improvements.
  • Ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and documentation of quality management practices and internal controls.
  • Analyze observations and findings, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement through targeted development initiatives.
  • Track corrective actions and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Coordinate quality management activities, including meetings, reporting, annual assessments, and status reviews.
  • Support governance, delegation, and authority-related reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, support functions, and international stakeholders across the PwC Network.
  • Participate in transformation initiatives, process enhancement projects, and the implementation of new operating models.
  • Coordinate CSRD reporting activities for the Social area and support related compliance requirements.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation, AI, and other modern technologies to enhance process efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
  • Have experience in quality management, process development, or a similar expert role.
  • Have an understanding of CSRD reporting requirements; previous experience in this area is considered an asset.
  • Are skilled at analyzing information, identifying development opportunities, and driving improvements.
  • Take a structured and systematic approach to work, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Hold a relevant Master's degree.
  • Communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are proactive, collaborative, and genuinely interested in developing ways of working and driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for a motivated and diverse team member. We value the richness that diverse backgrounds bring and encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the above requirements.
