PwC Finland's Technology Strategy Team in Helsinki seeks experienced professionals for CIO Advisory, IT M&A, and Business & Technology Transformation. You will help clients shape IT strategies, operating models, and large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

Join Our Growing Technology Strategy Team in Helsinki – We Are Hiring Experienced Professionals Across Three Specialized Areas

Our Technology team is expanding, and we are looking for talented and experienced professionals to join us in one of three specialized, closely collaborating sub-teams. Together, we deliver innovative technology solutions and strategic advice that drive business success and digital transformation for our clients. Our technology strategy consulting team supports our clients with creating winning IT and technology strategies, developing modern operating models, designing scalable architectures, and successfully leading large transformations.

We are recruiting across all three areas within our team:

CIO Advisory

We help our clients steer their digital and technology capabilities by developing IT strategies, operating models, sourcing & system selection, enterprise architecture, and spend optimization.

What We Expect From You:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation consulting
• Demonstrated experience working in a consulting firm, advising multiple clients on business-critical technology and digital transformation topics.
• Strong skills in developing IT operating models, sourcing strategies, and technology architectures aligned with business goals
• Ability to build trusting client relationships and engage effectively with C-level executives
• Experience working in advisory roles that require strategic thinking and practical execution
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage

IT M&A

Our team brings deep technology expertise to corporate restructuring efforts, supporting corporate and private equity clients throughout the deal spectrum in IT/Technology due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and post-merger value realization, collaborating closely with other Deals teams.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise architecture, or technology management within M&A or corporate restructuring projects
• Hands-on experience with IT carve-outs, integration planning and execution, due diligence, and value realization in transaction environments
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with business and Deals professionals
• Strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage

Business & Technology Transformation

This team supports clients through long-term IT and business transformation programs, including business integration, IT program management and PMO, cloud engineering, data analytics, and system modernization.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in managing business and technology transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience working in a consulting firm, advising multiple clients on business-critical technology and digital transformation topics.
• Expertise in program and project management, cloud solutions, data analytics, or system modernization activities
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders in complex, long-term engagements
• Solutions-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage
