Job summary

Fiskars Group is seeking a QEHS and Systems Specialist to join the Supply Chain team at the Sorsakoski factory in Finland. The role focuses on developing and maintaining business systems, dashboards and master data to support Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Based at the Sorsakoski factory, this full-time, on-site position reports to the Factory Manager. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and external providers to drive digital transformation and

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, industrial engineering, business systems, automation or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial operations or a comparable environment.
  • Experience with ERP or other operational business systems; experience with manufacturing execution or warehouse management systems is useful.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL or Excel.
  • Understanding of process development, automation, systems integration, data governance or master data management.
  • An ability to analyse problems, translate business needs into workable system solutions and coordinate projects with different stakeholders.
  • Finnish language skills and a good command of English, which is the working language of Fiskars Group.
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental, health and safety management systems is an advantage, not a requirement.

  • Act as a key user and administrator for business systems and operational applications, including ERP, manufacturing execution and reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent master data, and improve the processes that support data quality across the factory.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing and implementation activities, while supporting users and resolving system issues.
  • Create and improve dashboards, key performance indicators and management reports that support operational decision-making.
  • Develop automated workflows and reporting solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Map, document and improve cross-functional processes, supporting Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Administer quality, environment, health and safety system data and documentation, including audit preparation, corrective-action tracking and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and external system providers on development and integration projects.

QEHS & System Specialist
OUR ROLE

Do you enjoy improving the systems, data and processes that keep a manufacturing site running effectively?

We are looking for a QEHS and Systems Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at the Sorsakoski factory, part of Fiskars Group. For 70 years, the factory has produced cookware and bakeware and has received multiple recognitions for high-quality products and innovation. Located nine kilometres from Leppävirta and 20 kilometres from Varkaus, the factory is home to approximately 60 employees.

In this role, you will develop and maintain business systems, reporting solutions, automation and master data. You will connect the needs of Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and IT, translating practical business requirements into reliable system solutions and continuous improvements.

The role is based at Sorsakoski factory, Finland, and reports to the Factory Manager, Terjo Hänninen. The role is full-time and mainly on-site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS

WHO YOU ARE

Experience and skills: You combine systems understanding with a practical approach to process improvement. You are comfortable working across functions, sharing information clearly and helping colleagues use systems and data effectively.
