Job summary

Fiskars Group in Espoo is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join the Finance to Manage team. The fixed-term, hybrid role runs Sep 2026 through Apr 2027, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance to Manage, BA Fiskars Finance Services.

Qualifications

• Business/Accounting degree (BBA or equivalent).
• More than three years as chief accountant or similar role.
• Familiar with Finnish Accounting Standards.
• Good understanding of accounting and tax processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, fixed asset and VAT accounting.
• Manage general ledger, fixed asset and VAT reporting in nominated legal entities.
• Group month-end reporting of nominated entities according to guidelines.
• Participate in tax reporting.
• Participate in annual reporting and statutory financial statements with internal stakeholders.
• Support legal entity controllers and partner with Business area Finance, Finance Services, Group Finance and auditors.

Senior Financial Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance to Manage team in BA Fiskars Finance Services from September 2026 until the end of April 2027. This hybrid position is fixed term and based in Espoo, Finland reporting to Senior Manager, Finance to Manage, BA Fiskars.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

• You will join our Finance to Manage team in BA Fiskars Finance Services.
• In this role your main responsibilities include managing general ledger, fixed asset and VAT accounting.
• Manage general ledger, fixed asset and VAT reporting in nominated legal entities.
• Group month-end reporting of nominated legal entities according to defined guidelines.
• Participating in tax reporting.
• Participating in annual reporting and statutory financial statements in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• You support legal entity controllers in accounting related matters and partner with stakeholders such as Business area Finance and Finance Services, Group Finance as well as auditors.
