Qualifications

• Education in construction or engineering; relevant degree required.
• Practical experience in infrastructure construction and quality management.
• Knowledge of InfraRYL, authority requirements, and contract documents.
• Understanding of site quality management processes and documentation.
• Good system skills with Infrakit and Buildercom.
• Strong cooperation, communication, and English fluency.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Site quality control and defining quality requirements across projects.
• Participating in inspections, measurements, and handovers of work phases.
• Cooperating with the client on quality-related matters.
• Managing and documenting project documents and QA materials (e.g. Infrakit).
• Preparing and updating the quality plan.
• Handling quality deviations and complaints with site management and client.
• Supporting quality management practices and guiding site teams.
