Destia Oy is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead site quality control for data center projects across Northern and other parts of Finland. The role requires traveling between project sites and ensuring adherence to plans, regulations, and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage quality documentation, define quality requirements, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. The position emphasizes systematic work, strong record-keeping, and collaboration with diverse

Qualifications

• Education in construction or related field and practical experience in infrastructure construction.
• Experience with quality management or quality control on large projects.
• Knowledge of InfraRYL, authority requirements and contract documents.
• Understanding of site quality management processes and documentation.
• Good system skills with Infrakit and Buildercom.
• Strong cooperation and communication skills; ability to guide others.
• Fluency in English; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site quality control and define quality requirements across projects.
• Participate in inspections, measurements, and handovers of work phases.
• Collaborate with the client on quality-related matters.
• Manage and document project quality documents and materials; maintain client database.
• Prepare and update the quality plan; handle deviations and complaints with site management and client.
• Support quality management practices and provide guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Participate in inspections and prepare final documentation.
