Job summary

Reaktor is seeking a Business Development Specialist for its Public Sector unit. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, moving from consulting or project work into business development and account management.

Hybrid, on-site Helsinki HQ, with strong emphasis on collaboration with experienced colleagues. You’ll run day-to-day Public Sector business and sales, engage with clients, prepare materials, and contribute to winning cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in sales, account management or as a consultant.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent writing in Finnish.
• Strong project management, organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow toward sales, account management and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day Public Sector business, accounts and sales with the team.
• Engage with clients and foster long-term relationships with clients and professionals.
• Prepare sales materials: tender documents, proposals, presentations and reference decks.
• Participate in customer meetings and present sales pitches to help win cases.
• Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to strengthen sales, staffing and delivery.
• Build capabilities toward leading selected accounts, sales cases and client relationships over time.
