Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Public Affairs Specialist for Finland to support national, regional and local policy engagement. You will build trusted relationships with the President’s Office, Prime Minister’s Office, ministries, Parliament and agencies while coordinating with Nebius sites in Finland.

Regular travel to Nebius sites such as Mäntsälä and Lappeenranta will be required, along with collaboration across internal teams to advance investment, AI infrastructure and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least five years of public affairs or external relations experience.
• Finnish government engagement experience and knowledge of decision-making.
• Ability to connect political strategy with infrastructure delivery and community engagement.
• Experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure or regulated infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent political judgment and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English for policy materials and representation.

Responsibilities

• National government engagement: support Nebius' strategy with leadership offices and ministries.
• Regional/local engagement: coordinate with Finnish sites, municipalities and universities.
• Infrastructure/regulatory support: address data-centre, grid, taxation and permits matters.
• Strategic advocacy: build coalitions with industry bodies, think tanks and universities.
• Executive advice: briefings and policy materials; align with internal teams.
