We are looking for a Prototype Machine Mechanic for Normets technology development operations in the Tampere area.
The Tampere Technology Center is responsible for developing, building and testing Normets new technologies. The solutions being built are new and differ from one another, making the work highly varied and versatile. The employment relationship is permanent. Working hours are mainly regular daytime work with flexible working hours, five days a week. The role requires occasional travel within Finland and abroad. The position will start as agreed, with the latest start date of October 2026.

Suitable vocational training as a hydraulic and/or mechanical fitter, Experience in mechanical and hydraulic installations of mining machines and/or electric vehicles, Strong collaboration skills, Knowledge of electrical, automation and field bus technologies an advantage, Good IT skills, English required; Finnish an advantage
