Job summary
Normet Group in Tampere invites applications for a Prototype Equipment Electrical and Automation Technician. You will build prototype equipment assemblies, perform electrical and automation installations, and test complex control systems in a dynamic R&D setting. We value practical vocational training, hands-on experience with mobile machinery or e-vehicles, and fluent English.
Finnish is a plus. The role offers permanent employment, daytime hours with flexible schedules, and strong development
Qualifications
- Suitable vocational education as an electrical/automation technician
- Experience in electrical and automation installations for mobile machinery and/or electric vehicles
- Fluent collaboration skills
- Knowledge of automation and field bus technology
- Good IT skills
- Language skills: English; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
Responsibilities
- Building prototype equipment assemblies
- Electrical installations (low-current and high-voltage installations)
- Automation installations
- Testing and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems in prototype equipment
- Other tasks related to prototype equipment, depending on your skills
