Job summary

YIT Oyj is seeking a project engineer to join the property management team. The role sits at the interface of leadership and operations, helping to develop the operating model and support life-cycle projects.

You will assist in preparing maintenance offers, provide technical support and reporting, and support procurement and tendering. Travel and a private car may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (AMK) in construction or building services engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Five+ years of work in building construction, property maintenance, or building services.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use digital tools; clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist and develop operations between property management leadership and the team.
• Prepare maintenance offers for life-cycle projects.
• Support the property manager and reporting.
• Maintain and develop property management systems.
• Assist in procurement, service tendering and customer reporting.
• Participate in property management development projects.
