Mestarit Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is hiring a Production Engineer for renovation construction projects in the Uusimaa region, based in Helsinki. The role is permanent and full-time, with about 50% office and 50% site work.

You will handle cost estimation for residential and office projects, production and schedule planning, and provide on-site and office coordination to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Qualifications

• About two years of experience in construction tasks (cost estimation, site engineering, projects, site supervision).
• Background in site engineering or cost calculation is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage complex tasks and a proactive attitude.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
