Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a dynamic project management analyst for a fixed-term role based mainly on-site in Espoo (with some flexibility to Stockholm). You will drive project progress, manage schedules, analyze large datasets, and own system processes within a changing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, MBB preferred, or Private Equity or Venture Capital analyst roles.
• Problem solving and logical analyses skills, experience in structuring and breaking down complex business issues.
• Suitable educational background.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel).

Responsibilities

• Driving overall project progress, tracking timelines and communicating structures across teams
• Analyzing large transactional datasets
• Taking ownership of system processes and data management
