Job summary

Urban Partners seeks two Fund Analysts to join the Fund Management Support team in Helsinki and one of Copenhagen/Stockholm, starting January 2027. You will collaborate with fund managers to analyze fund-level performance and deliver reporting and decision materials.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a quantitatively demanding setting, a university degree, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Fluency in English is essential; Nordic languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business, real estate, engineering or similar.
• 1-3 years in analytically demanding environments.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Fluent English; Nordic languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and track fund performance using forecasts of returns, cash flows, leverage and liquidity.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on market changes and investments.
• Prepare investor reporting and internal decision material.
• Assess fund opportunities and exits from a fund perspective.
• Coordinate across teams and improve reporting processes.
