Job summary

KONE in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a Project Manager to join our New Building Solutions Team. You will administer and control projects across Sydney, manage resources, engage with customers and lead project teams to achieve safety, schedule, and financial objectives.

We expect 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects, with tertiary qualifications preferred; lift-industry experience is a plus. Applicants must have a valid Australian driver's license and strong stakeholder management

• Lift industry experience desired.
• Experience managing a high volume of projects at one time.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and driving successful outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Valid Australian driver\'s license.

• Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Support site managers and provide leadership during project escalations.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery function.

KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our New Building Solutions Team in Mascot, NSW. This person will administer and control projects across Sydney using their ability to manage resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire project teams.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
