Job summary

Intelligent Employment is seeking experienced Project Directors and senior project leaders for on-site leadership roles in Finland's data centre developments. You will drive large-scale capital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

We value a track record in data centre construction or equivalent heavy industry, strong commercial and contractual skills, and excellent English. Relocation to Finland may be required.

Intelligent Employment is looking to connect with experienced Project Directors and senior project leaders interested in current and upcoming opportunities within large-scale data centre developments in Finland.

As the data centre industry continues to expand, there is growing demand for experienced leaders capable of delivering complex, high-value construction and infrastructure projects.

We are particularly interested in senior professionals with backgrounds in data centre construction, major industrial investments, international EPC/EPCM projects, energy infrastructure and other technically demanding capital projects.

Previous data centre experience is highly valued, but a strong track record in delivering major capital investments in other industries can be equally relevant.

What kind of responsibilities could you expect?

Depending on the project and position, responsibilities may include:

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects.

Experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities is an advantage. However, we also welcome experienced leaders from industrial plants, power generation, process industries, manufacturing and international EPC developments.
