Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Program Lead to coordinate and execute startup accelerator programs, industry programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with corporate partners. The program supports hundreds of entrepreneurs each year through vertical-specific accelerator programs, corporate partnerships, and direct investments.

Responsibilities

• Program Lead: Lead the coordination and execution of startup accelerator programs, industry programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners. Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation. Plan programs in detail (tailored mentorship sessions, selective networking events, specialized meetups) to maximize value for participants and industry partners. Lead activities with support from the Nordics team and colleagues globally. Provide direct support to participating startups by addressing needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with mentors and industry experts. Maintain program databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage program documentation (e.g., cohort status, key performance metrics).
• Event Operations: Organize and manage signature events such as Expo, pitch days, and networking sessions, including registrations, venue setup (physical or virtual), and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Marketing & Community Building: Engage with the startup community (founders, mentors, and industry partners), foster positive relationships, gather feedback to enhance the program, and assist in creating the social media strategy and posts to drive visibility and brand reputation in the relevant technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in event management, program management, marketing, or startups.
• Finnish language skills are required and an advanced level of English is essential; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
• Strong demonstrated interest in the startup ecosystem and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
