Location: Kotka
Employer: Easpring Finland New Materials Oy
We are looking for experienced Production Operators to join our CAM plant production organization. The position is primarily a field operator role, not a control room operator role. The work focuses on hands‑on process and equipment operation, field observations, troubleshooting, sampling, process equipment inspections, and maintaining safe, high‑quality, and stable production. Production equipment is mainly operated through local operating panels, and the work is performed in the production area as part of the shift team. As the plant operates 24/7/365, the position requires working in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
You have 2–5 years of practical experience in production and process equipment operation, preferably in the chemical industry or another relevant process industry. After site‑specific training, you are able to independently operate the equipment within your assigned process area. You understand the basic operation of the process and equipment, recognize typical process and equipment deviations, and can take appropriate first actions safely.
You have more than 5 years of practical experience in production and process equipment operation, preferably in the chemical industry or another relevant process industry. You have strong hands‑on experience in field operations and process equipment. You can independently identify abnormal process and equipment conditions, participate actively in troubleshooting, and support less experienced operators in practical field operations.
We particularly value hands‑on operating experience from the chemical industry and other process industries involving powder or solid material handling and similar types of process equipment.
Experience with material feeding and dosing, mixing, thermal processing, milling, screening, pneumatic or mechanical material conveying, and packaging processes is particularly relevant.
Previous experience in a highly automated process environment combined with hands‑on field operations is considered an advantage.
The application period closes on 31 October 2026. Please note that we will review applications and conduct interviews already during the application period. We may also make hiring decisions before the application deadline when suitable candidates are identified. We therefore encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
