Job summary

3stepIT is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems. The role focuses on scalable, efficient and secure AI infrastructure and hands-on development, data engineering, and ML model training.

The ideal candidate has strong software development, data science, data engineering, and programming skills, with experience in Python, Java, NLP, and cloud services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, data science, computer science, IT or statistics.
• Master's degree preferred in data science, mathematics, cognitive science, or CS.
• Minimum 3 years in IT automation, RPA, AI, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for AI model development.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and applied mathematics for AI models.
• Experience with NLP and generative AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) using LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions.
• Explore cutting-edge technologies for optimal AI design and implementation.
• Create best practices for implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Implement data transformation and data ingestion infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and optimize AI models.
• Ensure security of AI-related systems.
