Job summary

Siili Solutions seeks an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to turn AI pilots into production-ready solutions and deliver measurable business value for clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with client teams and Siili consultants to design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic systems.

You will stay close to the code while navigating evolving requirements, security, governance, and enterprise needs, enabling scalable, reliable AI at client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems into production with LLM focus.
• 5+ years in AI/ML Engineering or full-stack engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLM and agentic systems, architecture, evaluation and deployment.

What will you do as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Siili?

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you work at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, and customer collaboration. Your mission is to turn promising AI pilots and use cases into production-ready solutions that create business value.

You will work closely with 1–2 strategic customer accounts at a time, taking end-to-end ownership from pilot to production. Working hands‑on within customer environments, you design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic solutions together with client teams and other Siili consultants.

This is not a traditional advisory or architecture-only role. You stay close to the code while helping customers navigate evolving requirements, make technical decisions, and build AI solutions that meet enterprise needs around data, integrations, governance, security, and compliance. You will also contribute to pre‑sales and help turn successful delivery approaches into reusable patterns across Siili.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced AI and software engineering professional who combines strong hands‑on technical expertise with customer‑facing skills and end‑to‑end ownership.

We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-based systems into production, with strong recent experience in LLM-based solutions and a focus on delivering real customer value.

• 5+ years of AI or ML Engineering, or a similar background in full‑stack engineering

• Strong understanding of LLM and agentic systems, including their architecture, frameworks, evaluation, and production deployment.

• Experience designing end‑to‑end AI solutions, including the infrastructure, integrations, and technical architecture beyond the application code.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern AI services.

• Understanding of enterprise requirements such as data quality, integrations, governance, security, and compliance.

• Strong client‑facing and consulting skills, with the ability to take ownership in complex customer situations, navigate ambiguity, and turn business needs into concrete solutions.

• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Finnish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage.
