Qualifications

3–5+ years in a Product Owner or delivery-focused role.
Experience defining requirements for complex, workflow-driven platforms.
Comfort with configurable systems serving diverse client models.
Strong written and verbal communication to clarify ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain Encore product backlog aligned to platform priorities.
Break initiatives into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
Ensure backlog items account for Encore’s configurable nature and varied club models.
Maintain backlog readiness to support sprint planning and delivery.
Balance new capability development with hosting considerations and operational stability.
Translate club, operational, and internal needs into detailed requirements.
Ensure workflows reflect Encore production use across finance, POS, and admin.
Identify edge cases, dependencies, and data implications early.
Support integration requirements across the Jonas ecosystem with Engineering.
Partner with Engineering to validate feasibility and avoid regressions in a legacy-rich platform.
Serve as the primary day-to-day product contact for Encore delivery teams.
Clarify scope, requirements, and outcomes throughout development.
Remove blockers by resolving gaps and priority conflicts.
Communicate progress, risks, and scope changes clearly to stakeholders.
Support coordination with Hosting and Infrastructure for Encore Hosted initiatives.
Validate delivered functionality against criteria and real-world workflows.
Ensure release notes and enablement materials are complete and accurate.
Assist internal readiness across Support, Hosting, and Services prior to release.
Monitor post-release issues and coordinate follow-up work.
