Job summary

Siena AI in Helsinki is seeking a Product Manager to own the core agent platform, define the roadmap for expanding capabilities, build measurement and testing to improve performance, and ensure customers always have clear, real visibility into what the platform is doing.

You are a strong problem solver with 3+ years of PM experience in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation, and you work with Claude, Cursor, or v0 as part of your daily toolkit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation.
• AI-native approach with daily use of Claude, Cursor, v0 or similar.
• Strong problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the core agent platform end to end and define its future scope.
• Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems to improve performance.
• Provide customers with real-time visibility into platform activity.
• Design and run journey-level A/B tests to inform what ships next.
• Own onboarding to accelerate customer value realization.
• Lead full launch cycles for platform features with customer enablement.
• Demonstrate platform wins to customers and support co-selling with sales.
• Work with customers on live scoping and post-launch improvements.
