Job summary

Nvelop Technologies is seeking a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing to lead complex, end-to-end engagements from Helsinki. You will leverage AI-powered tools and work closely with our product team to tailor the platform to the needs of experienced sourcing professionals.

This role targets a senior practitioner who can influence strategy at CIO level and shape the firm's AI-powered model. We are a small team with ambitious growth plans, offering an opportunity to define how AI-native sourcing

We are building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory: Agentic AI carrying the process, experts carrying the judgement.

We’re growing our advisor team and are looking for a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing, based in Helsinki.

Our ambition is to change how sourcing advisory is delivered. Our proprietary AI platform does much of the labour-intensive work that today falls on both the advisor and the client: market scans, requirements development, RFP creation, response analysis and evaluation. That frees the advisor, and the client, to focus on the work that actually determines the outcome: sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation.

We’re a two-year-old startup with ambitious goals. The platform is live, built in-house, and designed to become the leading AI-native toolkit for complex sourcing.

As Principal, you would own complex transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end to end, work with the leading AI tools, and work closely with our product team to continuously shape the platform around the needs of experienced sourcing professionals.

We’re looking for 10+ years in sourcing with 5+ years in a Sourcing advisory firm , credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders, and a genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory.

We’re 12 people today in total, so the people who join now will shape both the firm and the platform.
