Job summary

Antler is building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory, leveraging Agentic AI with expert judgement. We are hiring a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing for Helsinki to lead end-to-end sourcing engagements and to shape governance, strategy, and outcomes in a fast-growing, AI-native startup.

You will own complex engagements, align stakeholders, and negotiate priorities using advanced tools while collaborating closely with product teams to evolve the platform for seasoned sourcing professionals.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in sourcing, IT procurement, or digital category management.
• Credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders.
• Genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end to end.
• Lead sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation.
• Work with leading AI tools as part of sourcing delivery and shape the platform with product teams.
