Qualifications

• PhD in experimental physics or electronics.
• Knowledge/experience in accelerator-based physics, electronic circuit design, electrical measurements, power electronics, or wide-bandgap materials.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop radiation testing guidelines for wide-bandgap power electronics technologies.
• Perform radiation effects testing and develop test methodologies.
• Draft application-specific guidelines for test setup and procedures for radiation testing of WBG devices.
