In this position, you will be part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) team, focusing on the simulation and validation of advanced grid solutions. Your main tool will be the RTDS (Real-Time Digital Simulator), and your daily work involves Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations. Because the role requires hands-on management of RTDS hardware and laboratory equipment, this position is fully office/lab-based in Tampere.
