Finland

The role

As Port Agent, you will be a central link between our vessels, terminals, customers and operational partners. Your focus will be to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective port and cargo operations while providing excellent service to our customers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating vessel calls and loading and discharge operations, handling cargo bookings and documentation, monitoring cargo and vessel equipment, and keeping customers and stakeholders updated on vessel schedules and cargo movements.

You will also follow up on operational deviations and take action when things do not go according to plan. As our business operates around the clock, the role requires flexibility and may include standby or on-call duties.

Who you are

You enjoy working in an operational environment where priorities can change quickly and where communication, structure and good judgement make a real difference.

We believe you have experience within shipping, logistics, transport, port operations or a similar industry. You are service-minded, proactive and comfortable managing several activities at the same time. You have a strong attention to detail, enjoy solving problems and can work both independently and together with others.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
