Job summary

LUT University seeks two doctoral researchers to join its hydrogen research team in Lappeenranta, Finland. The project focuses on optimising energy efficiency of alkaline water electrolysis for renewable hydrogen production, with a mix of modelling, AI, and fluid dynamics.

Researchers will conduct high-level scientific work, complete a doctoral dissertation in English within four years, and may perform teaching-related duties to support the group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with modelling, simulation, and AI in energy tech is desirable.
