Valona Intelligence is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background to own paid acquisition, marketing technology, and full-funnel attribution. This hands-on role makes you the in-house owner of the performance marketing function, shaping how it runs across Helsinki and Amsterdam.
You will report to the CMO and collaborate with sales, RevOps, and business development to drive pipeline.
We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background to build and own our paid acquisition, marketing technology, and full-funnel attribution. This is a hands-on role with real scope: you'll be the in-house owner of the performance marketing function, and you'll shape how it runs.
You'll work as part of our small, sharp international marketing team across Helsinki and Amsterdam, in-house specialists and external partners who take the work seriously and still enjoy it. You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with sales, revops, and business development across the full go-to-market funnel.
Valona Intelligence is a global technology company and a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Competitive and Market Intelligence Platforms. Our SaaS platform gives global enterprises a clear read on what's happening in their markets, and what it means for their next move.
Working at Valona is challenging and rewarding: we push each other to learn, grow, and step outside our comfort zones, inside a team that backs you up while you do it.
Paid acquisition: you own our demand gen channel strategy (currently LinkedIn, Google, YouTube) through to hands-on optimisation. You assess the current setup, decide what stays and how we improve going forward. You manage any specialist external support. You have a complete view and run our integrated campaigns: audience definition, concept, asset briefs, sequencing, budgets, and performance review. You are responsible for ensuring everyone understands how the campaigns are working and how they contribute to our go‑to‑market performance.
Marketing technology: you have a solid understanding of marketing automation, and you work hands‑on in tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, connecting data so it's clean, reportable, and tied to pipeline. You evaluate and implement tools for our existing marketing stack, ensuring it is the most efficient for our operations, and train the team on what matters. You have a constant lookout for the latest tooling, but also a professional view on what's worth adopting and what isn't.
Full‑funnel reporting and analytics: you read performance data across HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid channels and turn it into reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline. The analysis and the recommendations are yours. You are also responsible for feeding that reporting so everyone has a clear, online view of how marketing is performing, and so we can clearly measure and show what actually drives pipeline.
5+ years in B2B performance or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.
Hands‑on paid media experience across LinkedIn and Google, built and run campaigns yourself
Solid grasp of conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and improving the quality of data fed to ad platforms
HubSpot power user with experience managing a HubSpot‑Salesforce integration or similar stack.
Comfortable reading full‑funnel data across marketing and sales tools and turning it into pipeline‑connected reporting.
Experience evaluating and implementing marketing technology, including AI‑based tools for campaign management or workflow efficiency.
You think in systems, you see how data, channels, and tools connect, and where the weak points are.
You communicate clearly with non‑technical colleagues and management, bringing your own analysis of the data.
You help colleagues build capability with new tooling.
Competitive compensation package, including a 8% holiday allowance and a performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary.
A senior, client‑facing role with real ownership and room to grow with the company.
Amsterdam‑based, mostly in‑office (around 3–5 days a week) given the client work.
Pension, bonus programme, and a budget for internal and external training on the path you choose.
A team that works and celebrates together: dinners, BBQs, boat trips and padel.
Ownership without a script. No one hands you a playbook; you build it and run it your way.
A small team with a lot of expertise to draw on in sales, RevOps, and BD, and they'll lean on you too.
First 30 days. You know our stack, our channels, and our numbers, and you've mapped what's working and what's not.
First 60 days. You're running campaigns directly, and reporting connects marketing activity to pipeline.
First 120 days. The performance marketing function runs the way you've designed it, and it's producing pipeline the team can point to.
A performance marketing function to build and own, and a seat at the GTM table.
100+ colleagues globally across EMEA and North America.
Flexible hybrid working, with a preference for candidates based in or near Helsinki or Amsterdam.
Competitive salary, healthcare, and local benefits.
Your choice of tools and devices, including the AI tools you decide are worth adopting.
A flat, low‑hierarchy team with Nordic roots, that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
Real investment in your growth: training, mentorship, and room to develop the function beyond this brief. A performance marketing function to build and own.
