Job summary

Uber is seeking a sharp Partner Manager to join the Grocery & Retail team in Finland. You will drive revenue growth, optimize merchant performance on Uber Eats, and build strong relationships with key partners across product, operations, and sales.

Minimum of 3+ years in a client-facing role, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in Finnish and English are required. Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Salesforce, and SQL is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience with large or mid-sized accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Optimize merchants' business and operational performance on Uber Eats.
• Build deep relationships with merchant partners and drive growth.
• Develop business models, run trend analyses, and provide insights.
• Resolve complex operational issues for merchants.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and operations.
• Onboard new merchant partners to the platform.
