Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group invites applications for a Guest Services Officer onboard, tasked with delivering warm, professional service to guests and resolving issues with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding hospitality, excellent communication, organizational skills and sound decision-making, with at least one year in a customer-facing role.

English language proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus; willingness to sail on assignment for 5–6

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position in hotel or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience and understanding of currency/exchange rates.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and shipboard staff to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
• Must be willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.
