Qualifications

• Previous office or customer service experience.
• Good IT skills and Finnish language abilities (spoken and written).
• Organized and precise work approach; able to work in a busy environment.
• Additional qualifications: experience in transport, logistics or moving; English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service by phone and email.
• Schedule and book moves; prepare quotes and process orders.
• Assist invoicing and supervise/co-ordinate drivers and moving crews.
• Perform other daily administrative duties as needed.
