Let’s Talk about the Role The NPI Leader – FACTS Solution Line will serve as the strategic bridge between market innovation and industrial execution for our Flexible AC Transmission Systems portfolio. You will orchestrate the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, ensuring our STATCOM and FSC solutions are not only technologically advanced but also scalable, cost‑competitive, and perfectly aligned with customer needs. Partnering closely with the Value Proposition Leader, you will shape the future of our product roadmap, lead high‑performing technical teams, and drive the transition from concept to industrialized, world‑class grid solutions.

• Leading global NPI programs for STATCOM and FSC, ensuring technical roadmaps are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Translating complex market requirements into actionable technical specifications and scalable product platforms.

• Architecting modular product strategies to ensure our global reference solutions remain agile, competitive, and highly reusable.
