Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead global NPI programs for STATCOM and FSC to deliver on time and on budget.
• Translate complex market requirements into actionable technical specs and scalable platforms.
• Drive transition from development to industrialized, cost-efficient products.
• Architect modular product strategies for reusable reference solutions.
• Foster Lean and Agile practices to accelerate time-to-market while ensuring safety and integrity.
