Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or office management within a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of security management practices and systems demonstrated through education or practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations including maintenance, visitor access, and office supplies.
• Coordinate with service providers, landlords, and internal teams to uphold high office standards.
• Oversee security systems, access controls, and conduct security audits to address risks.
• Support health & safety policies, fire regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Lead security compliance, incident reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Provide administrative support across Nordic offices including expenses and procurement.
