Job summary

Ardmac is a respected international construction specialist delivering complex, high-value environments. The Project Director will oversee upcoming Nordic data centre works, leading teams through pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years in construction, strong CVR/PEP/contract management skills, and comfort managing multi-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction industry required.
• Experience in data centre, cleanroom or controlled environment fit out desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering, planning and execution of large-scale projects.
• Oversee pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers and resources to meet programme and budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial controls across projects.
