Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of hyperscale data centres. You will coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities, manage scope, schedule, budgets and risk, and report to the Project Director.

You will work with discipline PMs (MEP, CSA, Mechanical, Electrical) and external partners to deliver on time, safely, and to specification. The role requires 8+ years in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in data centres or

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Fluent in English and, ideally, Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage scope, schedule and quality to align with design intent and business objectives.
• Coordinate and lead discipline project managers (MEP, CSA, Mechanical, Electrical) and ensure integrated packages of work.
• Maintain oversight of budgets and schedules, reporting progress and key risks.
• Work with Design reviews, approvals and documentation control.
• Collaborate with contractors to assess capabilities, resource planning and performance.
• Drive adherence to milestones and develop recovery plans for delays.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance through audits.
• Chair status meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders and leadership.
