Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Data Centre Project Manager (BMS) to lead BMS projects across Finland and the Nordic region. You will oversee planning, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and top-quality delivery.

You will manage schedules, resources, and financial performance while coordinating customers, contractors, and internal teams, with a focus on building services and data-centre environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large Data Centre or building-services projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Data Centre BMS projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and risks.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Own project financial performance, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover; provide updates to stakeholders.
