Job summary

Futurice GmbH seeks a New Ventures Lead to turn emerging offerings into scalable revenue across borders. The role blends commercial leadership with speed, learning, and strategic execution to shape propositions and go-to-market models.

You will own the virtual P&L for new assets, lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, tech and sales, and shape pricing, packaging and deal structures. Erfolg is measured by new offerings winning paying clients and asset-led growth.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial responsibility with meaningful revenue target.
• Track record of creating revenue from new offerings (B2B digital products/services).
• Strong product and technology understanding for collaboration with engineers and product teams.
• Bias toward speed: testing propositions with clients quickly.
• Expertise in pricing, packaging, commercial models, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where consulting, AI and digital services create new revenue.
• Turn internal expertise into sellable assets (software, data products, AI agents, playbooks, platforms).
• Own the virtual P&L for new and asset-led offerings and report against it.
