Job summary

Medistaff Oy is hiring licensed nurses for home care in Lapland. You will support elderly clients in their own homes as part of a skilled team, with a two-shift schedule and orientation provided at the start. The role requires a Valvira-licensed nurse, Finnish language proficiency, a valid LOP/PKV license, and a B-driver’s license.

Personal car is necessary for mobility. Housing allowance available if needed, with payroll every two weeks and mileage reimbursement for work travel.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse by Valvira. Student applications not accepted.
• Valid medication licenses (LOP, PKV) required.
• Energetic, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good Finnish language skills essential.
• Mobile role requires a B-driver’s license and ideally a personal car.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care to elderly clients in their own homes.
• Work in a two-shift schedule as part of a skilled team.
• Coordinate with Medistaff recruitment for contract support.
• Proceed with mileage reimbursement for work travel as needed.
