Job summary

Reaktor in Helsinki is looking for Machine Learning Engineers to turn proof of concepts into production-grade AI services. You will collaborate with client teams to select technologies and deliver scalable ML solutions.

The role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining ML models, designing data pipelines, and delivering reliable results. Fluency in English and Finnish is preferable, with strong Python skills as a core requirement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models.
• 3+ years in ML competencies typical for this role.
• Experience with ML libraries and platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Cloud development experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python foundation; other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Good communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client tech and business teams to select technologies.
• Deliver the client and team according to project needs.
• Build, deploy, and maintain ML models in production.
• Create architectures for continuous data gathering for training.
• Build interfaces to deliver ML results to end users.
• Participate in software development tasks like debugging and design.
